many missing monsters in FT

Thanks for the screenshots and the video stills. We compared Fire Temple against the game's own map data and added 27 monsters that were missing: the three Temple Caryatids in Kromede's room, the white Fire Temple Mugolem, the Merciless Fire Spirits at the entrance and on the upper path (the one at the entrance patrols now), the third Kalgolem at Lava Gatneri, Lurker and Crouching Gargoyles, and a few more. We also corrected three spots that had the wrong monster. Live after the next server update.
