Siels East has 135 chests against West's 6, so East hands out about 22 times as much (around 24 blue items a run); how much each fortress should give is a balance decision, and the numbers are with the server owner.
its hard to get all the 135 chest, but with a 6 man party its possible. but 24 blue items its quite too much for a single run. maybe reduce it to 4-6 blue items a run. blue items are quite hard to get currently and it should stay like this.
same also about the silver / gold medals. they can be get quite easily. medals primary source should be going to sieges. if just the fort instances give the best outcome, its just hurting the fraction balance more.
