they use their slow skill too late. they should use it after 50% hp left. now they use is on 25%

Checked. On the current live version the Tigric Looter's slow is a random skill that can come at any health. The fix waiting for the next update makes it their first skill once they are at half health, and never above it. In our tests it now lands at roughly 30-45 % health, a moment after the halfway mark. Live after the next server update.
