yes they should spawn 3x when captain Berus is using his skill Soul Plunder

Fixed. The Cursed Sailors no longer stand around Stenon Bay. Captain Berus on the boat now calls three of them with his Soul Plunder - at half health and with his next two casts of it, at most nine a fight - and they appear on the deck. They disappear when he resets or dies. Live after the next server update.
