he should spawn 2 of the Runt-in Training when fighting him.
i think there is a limit how often this happens. he should spawn them at start of fight, then with 75% hp and with 50% hp.

Fixed. Hamerun the Leech now calls two Runt-in-Training when the fight starts, two more at 75 % of his health and two more at 50 %, six in all, and they go when he dies. Before, he called none. Live after the next server update.
