drop item info in chat

Fixed. When the group rolls for an item, the chat shows the dice results and "X is now the owner of Y" - that is the game's line for rolled loot; "X has acquired Y" only appears for items handed out without a roll, which with the default loot rules means white items. The area message for fabled and eternal items does exist (everyone of your faction on the same map or in the same instance sees it), but after a roll it skipped the player who answered the roll last - you, in your screenshot - and was shown to Cara instead. It now goes to everyone except the winner. Live after the next server update.
