no Stigmas at vendor

the current stigma drop rate is good for this setup. but the problem is here if there are not many lvl 20 players anymore its hard to get those stimas and you need to farm it by yourself in worst case. also stigmas like word of protection, which every chanter needs. Maybe the stigmas could stay inside the vendor as emergency option and as maximal price limit for the broker. in case if the npc sell price and quest kinah reward gets reduced to 50%, a stigma price for npc for 600k-1kk is also quite expensive and people still could sell it on broker for 500k

but to make twinking more attractive and beneficial its maybe good to take them out of the vendor.

if its a huge problem in future, there can be some event for low level instance in which they drop.

We will remove the stigma shops when we go live.
