If you die you can revive in village, not just place a kisk
Fixed. Kisks can no longer be placed in Mist Mane Village or Kaidan Headquarters, nor in the other restricted areas the game marks, such as base towns, fortresses and the area around the Abyss fortresses. So nobody can revive inside the village on one any more. Live after the next server update.
