aggro while flying

currently monster resetting quite quickly when i aggro them and im flying. (this is okay)
Monster should use specific skills to reduce fly time, stun, or paralyse. Here they just try to autoattack you. if they are not able, they reset. many melee monsters should use skills instead

here as example this oculazen monster should use the skill storm to slow and dot me, idk its also reducing fly time or there is another skill for that
