The Nochsana runner should use the first attack his skill Sword Force, even before coming close to the target same as the Recondo which acts like the same behaviour
Fixed. The Nochsana Runners and Recondos now start every fight with Sword Force. If you are within about 18 metres when the fight starts, they throw it from where they stand, before running in. Pulled from further away, they run in first and use it as their first attack. After that it stays in their normal skill rotation. The Recondo did not have it as an opener either: in your screenshot it had just rolled it. Live after the next server update.
