this kind of balaur mob should use the slow skill (shackle) primary at beginning, especially when you attack with ranged attack.

Fixed. The Balaur fighters in the Abyss camps (Ashikar Flamehorn, Ashikar Assaulter and Infantry, Ranx Assault, Grunt and Infantry, Dakaer Grunt) now open every fight with Shackle, also when you pull them from range: they throw it from where they stand before they run at you. They can still use it again later in the fight. Live after the next server update.
