Ulgorn Raiders and Spriggs

Currently in the asmodian starting zone, the ulgorn raiders will constantly aggro then de-aggro the spriggs and the spriggs sometimes keep healing their hp as if they are de-aggroing even tho they are in combat.

It's at the start so it may not be a massive issue but after starting a new character as a scout, I've died twice to them because they keep healing through my damage.

Would it be possible to get a fix for this please?
