Soul Minion

Checked. That Soul Minion is meant to be there: Soul Minions stand around Havenjark Farm on the official servers too, and there are more of them there than we have. They only look like a summoned monster because of their name.

i checked this again. 2 Soul Minion should only spawn from Supervisor Squiller when he is 50% hp:

so they shouldnt be up on default and needs to be deleted. maybe its there because the Supervisor is spawning there sometimes

also make sure that the supervisor can spawn at one random location of these at the same time. I always saw him on the same location

Fixed. You were right and our earlier answer was wrong: the Soul Minions belong to Supervisor Squiller, and the one standing at Havenjark Farm is gone. Squiller now calls two of them when he drops to half health, and he appears at one of his three places, a new one each time he comes back. Live after the next server update.
