These two mobs are using their skills far too rarely:

Astrologer: Should cast Fire early in combat and use Reflect when low on health.

Unfest Vigilante: Should cast its self-buff early on, followed by Weaken Defense near the start of combat.

Fixed. The Anubite Astrologer now opens the fight with Flame and casts Reflect once when it drops to half health, also when you fight it from range, and the Unfest Vigilante opens with Blessing of Rock and uses Weaken Defense after its first hit. Other monsters with a self-buff of that kind (Reflect, the Blessings, Stone Skin) now use it against ranged players too. Live after the next server update.
