Fixed. The Balaur rangers in the Abyss (the Ranx, Ashikar and Dakaer churls and the Ranx Sentries) now open the fight with Tendon Spasm, the slow, and can still use it again later in the fight. Live after the next server update.

after the skill Tendon Spasm,they should use the skill 'Abnormal Air Current' immediately
