Fixed. Preparing for Inspection was counting monsters from another place for its Dark Warriors and Scaleguards. Now the Ranx Dark Warriors, Ranx Chandala Scaleguards and Ranx Dark Mages on Kysis Isle all count. The Asmodian quest there, Murderous Naga and Nagarant, had the same problem and is fixed too. Live after the next server update.
