New Wings

Fixed, thanks. After the ambush the journal now says to talk with Raithor. Defeat the Ranx Archers, talk to her, and she sends you back to Agemonerk. If your journal is already blank, just talk to Raithor: you can finish the quest from where you are. Live after the next server update.

I cannot complete the quest, i tried to talk to every single NPC involved in this quest but nothing happens, quest log says nothing either

Fixed. Your quest was stuck on a step the quest log cannot show, so no one offered it to you. After the update, logging in moves it back to "Talk with Raithor": talk to her and she flies you back to Agemonerk for the reward. Live after the next server update.
