you are transformed to a mau to go the to big mau totem to scout. the mission already make progress when you on the bridge. also there is no timer for 5 minutes, also no buff icon that you are transformed. In addition all mobs are friendly to you, but you also can attack them and not even trigger a chain aggro. here you should be unable to attack or cast spells at all. also the buff should disappear once you leave the mau area again.
Fixed, thanks. Taora now gives you the real Mau Transformation: a buff with its icon and a 5-minute timer, and you cannot fly while it lasts. While you are disguised the Black Claw Mau and the MuMu ignore you, and you can neither attack nor use skills ("You cannot attack in your current form."). The examination now completes at the big totem itself, not on the bridge. The disguise ends when you leave the Black Claw Outpost. If it ends before you reach the totem (time runs out, you die or you leave), the quest asks you to report the failure to Taora, as the original quest did: she needs a Malodor Thorn, dropped by Swamp Malodors, to disguise you again. Live after the next server update.
