if they are on low health (about 20-25%) they should run away from the target for 2-3 seconds. but i think only the melee lephs

Fixed, thanks. The low-level Lepharists now run from you for a couple of seconds when they drop to a quarter of their health, once per fight, then come back. The game itself marks which ones do it, and that includes some of the shamans as well as the melee ones. Live after the next server update.
