useable Quest items

Fixed, thanks. Moving now cancels a quest item's use bar, as it does for every other item: the bar goes, and the item and your quest step stay as they were, so you can use it again standing still. Being hit during the bar cancels it too, the same as opening a box or enchanting. This applies to all the quest items with a bar. Live after the next server update.
