Fixed, thanks. The cooldown still applied, so using an item again too soon did not work, but the game was no longer told to show the timer. That broke with yesterday's change that gives these items their animation, like the Explosive Bead's jump. The timer now shows on the item in the inventory and on the skill bar. Live after the next server update.
